Regional Director
Regional Directors oversee the activity in 30 to 50 GUESS? stores. They are responsible for maximizing store sales while controlling expenses using a budget. Regional Directors establish and maintain high quality standards in all operational, merchandising and personnel activities.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum of 5-7 years of retail management experience
- College degree (preferred) or equivalent work experience
- Demonstrated multi-store supervision skills through promotion from a District
- Proven leadership abilities
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent time management skills
- The willingness to travel


District Manager
District Managers direct, coach, and provide leadership for a district of 5 to 10 stores. The District Manager is ultimately responsible for sales, operations, merchandising, personnel, loss prevention and expense control for their district.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Multi-store supervision
- 3 to 5 years of retail management experience
- College degree (preferred) or equivalent work experience
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of programs like Word and Excel
- Excellent time management skills
- The willingness to travel


District Training Manager
District Training Managers are responsible for running the store as their own business and making decisions that affect performance. They are accountable for sales, customer service, visual merchandising standards, store operations and training of all store personnel to ensure maximum profitability and compliance with Company policies and procedures. In addition to store manager duties, the TSM trains new talent for the Company and sets an example through exceptional work standards and practices in order to drive consistency and excellence in all functions of the business.

REQUIREMENTS:
- 2 or more years of service-oriented retail experience
- 1 year of proven supervisory skills
- High school graduate (college degree preferred) or equivalent work experience
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Demonstrated effective leadership qualities within the store, district and region.
- The willingness for moderate travel


Store Manager
Store Managers run their store as if it were their own business. They make decisions that directly affect performance. Store Managers are accountable for sales, customer service, visual merchandising standards, store operations and training store personnel. Their goal is to ensure maximum profitability and comply with all company policies and procedures.

REQUIREMENTS:
- 2 years of service-oriented retail experience
- 1 year of proven supervisory skills
- High school graduate (college degree preferred) or equivalent work experience
- Excellent communication and analytical skills


Co-Manager
Co-Managers work closely with Store Managers to make the day-to-day decisions that affect store performance. They act as second-in-command, assisting the Store Manager in the overall running of the store with sales, operations and personnel. Their responsibilities include leading the selling floor and maintaining overall customer satisfaction.

REQUIREMENTS:
- 2 years of service-orientated retail experience
- 1 year of proven supervisory skills
- High school graduate (college degree preferred) or equivalent work experience
- Excellent communication and analytical skills


Assistant Manager
Assistant Managers are responsible for overseeing the store operations, maintaining customer service levels at the wrap desk, monitoring stock room organization, and selling on the selling floor. Assistant Managers must assume command of the store in the absence of the Store Manager and Co-Manager.

REQUIREMENTS:
- High school graduate (college degree preferred) or equivalent work experience
- Excellent communication and analytical skills


Marciano Specialist
Marciano Specialists ensure customer satisfaction through suggestive selling, training team members on product knowledge and Marciano selling skills. They are accountable for all Marciano-related business including department quantifiable results.

REQUIREMENTS:
- High school graduate preferred
- High-end/Client-based sales experience desired
- Good communication and analytical skills
- Must be able to negotiate the sales floor
- May be required to lift and carry 30 lbs.


Footwear Specialist
Footwear Specialists ensure customer satisfaction through suggestive selling, training team members on product knowledge and footwear selling skills. They are accountable for all footwear-related business including department quantifiable results.

REQUIREMENTS:
- High school graduate preferred
- Footwear (or related) sales experience desired
- Good communication and analytical skills
- Must be able to negotiate the sales floor
- May be required to lift and carry 30 lbs.


Sales Associate
Sales Associates are responsible for sales generation and ensuring customer satisfaction by upholding the Company Customer Service Standards. Sales Associates also handle a variety of operational duties as assigned by the Store Management Team (i.e. housekeeping duties, visual presentation standards, etc.).

REQUIREMENTS:
- High school graduate preferred
- Sales experience desired
- Good communication skills
- Must be able to negotiate the sales floor and fold merchandise
- May be required to lift and carry 30 lbs.


Desk Associate
The Desk Associate is responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction at the desk by efficiently and accurately completing desk-related functions and working with Sales Associates to successfully close each sale.

REQUIREMENTS:
- High school graduate preferred
- Sales experience desired
- Good communication skills mandatory
- Must be able to negotiate the sales floor and fold merchandise
- May be required to lift and carry 30 lbs.


Stock Associate
Responsible for receiving, unpacking and preparing merchandise for the selling floor. He/she is also responsible for the organization, maintenance and cleanliness of the back room.

REQUIREMENTS:
- High school graduate preferred
- Retail experience desired
- Good communication skills mandatory
- Must be able to negotiate the sales floor and stock room and fold merchandise
- May be required to lift and carry 50 lbs.
